Kevin Travers

Markets Editor & Author of The Daily Rip I make sense of the markets every single day. As Markets Editor at Stocktwits, I write and publish The Daily Rip, a daily U.S. market recap served hot to 1M+ investors. Think of it as your smartest, dorkiest friend texting you exactly what happened on Wall Street and why it matters. I've been covering financial news since 2020, with bylines at CNBC and stints at deBanked, MTI, Fintech Nexus, and beyond. I live for breaking news, sharp storytelling, and making complex market moves feel human. Whether it's Fed drama, earnings season chaos, or a meme stock going parabolic — I've got you covered. BA in History, University of Delaware. Recovering a cappella singer. Probably checking futures right now.
