STOCKTWITS CHART ART: APRIL 08, 2025
The Stocktwits Summary 📝

The market had us going there, not gonna lie. The morning started post “Crab Sideways Monday” with a 4%+ climb from the S&P 500, making as all feel like the worst was over. Of course, right after noon, someone tweeted a report from the White House: that +50% tariff add-on for China?

It was on, as an afternoon press conference would confirm, bringing a total of 104% tariffs on the U.S.’s biggest trading partner going into effect at midnight tonight.
